Effective May 2021 under the LGA 1972 Parish Council Meetings are due to be held back in The Smythe Hall, Church Lane, Stow Maries.

• Please let Parish Clerk know if you are planning on attending so can keep an eye on numbers for the health and safety of everyone.
• Wear a Mask
• Use hand sanitizer on entry and leaving
• All surfaces will be wiped before and after the meeting
• Please use the app provided in the hall to register your attendance (this is in case anyone should fall ill with Covid-19 within 10 days of the meeting)
• If your phone does not have this facility please register name and contact details with the Parish Clerk.
• Hall will be well ventilated (so wrap up warm if it is chilly out)
