Parish Council

The Parish Council regularly meets on the 3^rd Monday of each month, except for August and December. The agenda for the meeting will be available at least three clear working days beforehand.

There may be ad-hoc Council meetings throughout the year, should the need arise.

Meetings will recommence in The Smythe Hall, Church Lane, Stow Maries, CM3 6SL, as soon as guidelines allow.

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

Any issues of concern can be raised and discussed, provided they are sent to the Clerk at least one week beforehand.

The regular agenda includes an item during which members of the public or press have an opportunity to share relevant information with the Council. Decisions can only be made when associated with items on the agenda

It is the Council’s intention to publish unapproved minutes of its meetings within four weeks. The minutes are subject to change until signed and approved at the next meeting. These will then be available through the website.
